Nanna Gillberg is a researcher at GNC and at Gothenburg Research Institute (GRI) at the School of Business, Economics and Law, University of Gothenburg. She put forward her dissertation on national norms and values communicated through popular culture at the Stockholm School of Economics in 2007. Nanna also has a background in gender studies, with a particular interest in gender as an organisational principle. At GNC, Nanna’s research is focused on participation and access to the labour market for individuals with ASD and/or ADHD. Her various research tracks share a focus on the relationship between cultural norms and practices such as decision-making and organising. Theoretically, her research resides at the intersection of perception, legitimacy, and efficiency. She is also responsible for creating content for the GNC website.
